Business License Information

Having invested a lot of my time and energy into the development of the InterJinn^TM framework and its accompanying documentation, I feel it is only fair to charge for a business license. The rationale for this decision stems from the fact that a business stands to profit or generate revenue from my work, and thus in a perfect world should kick back some of that wealth to help fund the project. Understandably not all businesses are profitable; however, without funding, the resources for InterJinn come from my spare time and from my own pocket (domain, DSL, computer, etc.). To this end a business license may be purchased for a flat $100.00 USD.

A business license is subject to the following constraints:

The InterJinn Business License, version 1.0 inherits all of the
definitions and constraints of the InterJinn License, version 1.0 with
the following exceptions and additional constraints:

1. This work may be used in a business setting provided that the
   constraints outlined below are met:

   i)   the owner must not be disqualified from using this work;

   ii)  this work may only be used in conjunction with a single
        business related domain name (Note that the definition is
        based on the domain name and NOT the IP number. For instance
        the following would all fall under a single license:
        www.interjinn.com; dev.interjinn.com; sql.interjinn.com. The
        following, however, would require 3 separate licenses:
        www.interjinn.com; www.interjinn.net; www.interjinn.org.);

   iii) in the event that no domain name exists to fulfill the
        condition set forth in ii) then a license must still be
        purchased. Such a license will entitle the owner to use this
        work in conjunction with a single domain name in the future
        without the need for an additional license.

Since this is a new endeavour without any kind of corporate backing, payment methods are not yet well implemented. You may choose one of the following methods:

PayPal

You can purchase a license via the above PayPal link. This will enable you to pay via a number of options including credit card. When you use this method it is up to you to properly calculate the cost for the number of licenses you wish to purchase. The math is simple, if you want to purchase 2 licenses then it's $200 USD. If you order more than 10 then calculate at half price (11 licenses would be $550 USD). Please include your email address or mailing address when making a purchase so that you may receive a confirmation serial number.
